電纜橋架，簡而言之是安裝在建筑物外露天的橋架，全部零件均需進行鍍鋅處理。一共可分為槽式、托盤式和梯架式、網格式等結構，由支架、托臂和安裝附件等組成。

電纜橋架大致地可分為以下五類

槽式電纜橋架屬于全封閉型電纜橋架，該種電纜橋架能夠被廣泛適用于敷設計算機電纜、熱電偶電纜及其他高靈敏系統的控制電纜等，能夠很好地控制電纜的屏蔽干擾，對重腐蝕中環境電纜的防護起到了很好的作用與效果。

5、托盤式電纜橋架

該電纜橋架是石油、化工、輕工等方面應用廣泛的一種，具有很強的共同性，該種電纜橋架不僅僅適用于動力電纜的安裝，同時也能夠適合于控制電纜的敷設。

1、需屏蔽電氣干擾的電纜網路或有防護外部（如：有腐蝕液休，易燃粉塵等環境）影響的要求時，應選用（FB）類槽式復合型防腐屏蔽電纜橋架（帶蓋）

2、強腐蝕性環境應采用（F）類復合環氧樹脂防腐阻燃型電纜橋架。托臂、支架也要選用同樣材料，提高橋架及附件的使用壽命，電纜橋架。在容易積灰和其它需遮蓋的環境或戶外場所宜加蓋板。

2. Class (f) composite epoxy resin anti-corrosion and flame retardant cable tray shall be used in highly corrosive environment. The same materials shall be selected for the supporting arm and support to improve the service life of the bridge and accessories and the cable bridge. Cover plate should be added in the environment or outdoor places where ash is easy to accumulate and other places to be covered.

3、除上述情況外，可根據現場還環境及技術要求選用托盤式、槽式、梯級式、玻璃防腐阻燃電纜橋架或鋼質普通型橋架。在容易積灰和其它需遮蓋的環境或戶外場所宜加蓋板。

4、在公共通道或戶外跨越道路段，底層梯級的底部宜加墊板或在該段使用托盤。大跨距跨越公共通道時，可根據用戶要求提高橋架的載荷能力或選用行架。

5、大跨距（>3m）要選用復合型橋架（FB）。
