橋架外形尺寸允許偏差要求

　　Allowable deviation requirements for the external dimensions of the bridge frame

　　要求：

　　requirement:

　　① 橋架長度偏差：長度≤2m，極限偏差±2mm；長度＞2mm，極限偏差±4mm；

　　① Bridge length deviation: for lengths ≤ 2m, the limit deviation is ± 2mm; for lengths>2mm, the limit deviation is ± 4mm;

　　② 橋架寬度偏差：長度＞4mm，極限偏差±4mm；長 度≤4mm，極限偏差±3mm；

　　② Bridge width deviation: for lengths>4mm, the limit deviation is ± 4mm; for lengths ≤ 4mm, the limit deviation is ± 3mm;

　　③ 橋架尺寸及允許偏差應符合表2的規定：

　　要求：

　　①熱浸鋅鍍鋅層厚度:平均值≥65微米，螺絲、螺帽、墊片≥20微米。附著力檢查:劃線、劃格法試驗，鋅層應不剝 落凸起。

　　③ 檢查方法:在每一節橋架上少有10個合理分配的測點， ?每個測點在部件的，用磁性測厚儀測量。

　　要求：①橋架表面平整度允許誤差：熱浸鋅橋架平面度允許誤 差每米不大于8mm；電鍍鋅和噴漆橋架平面度允許誤差 每米不大于4mm；

　　要求：角鋼外觀質量：① 鍍層表面應均勻，無毛刺、過燒、掛灰、傷痕、局部 未鍍鋅、銹蝕、氧化等；

　　③ Before each batch installation of expansion bolts for drilling, a drill bit specification adaptation test should be conducted first. Only after passing the adaptation test can batch drilling be carried out. When replacing drill bits and using different batches of materials, a new adaptation test should be conducted.

　　④ 根據膨脹螺栓長度需要的鉆孔深度，一般比膨脹管的長度深5毫米 左右，在電錘上設置限位。

　　⑤ 打孔時電錘應垂直用力，不要擺動，防止孔洞直徑偏大，而造成膨 脹螺絲錨固不牢。

　　⑥ 膨脹螺栓錨固位置與混凝土結構邊緣間距應大于3.5倍孔深，膨脹 螺栓之間間距也應滿足同樣要求。

　　⑥ The distance between the anchorage position of the expansion bolt and the edge of the concrete structure should be greater than 3.5 times the depth of the hole, and the distance between the expansion bolts should also meet the same requirements.

　　⑦ 膨脹螺栓安裝后套管不應外露、加墊片并將螺母緊固牢固，緊固螺 母時禁止采用手持長桿套筒緊固。

　　⑦ After the installation of expansion bolts, the sleeve should not be exposed, gaskets should be added, and nuts should be tightened firmly. When tightening nuts, it is forbidden to use hand-held long rod sleeves for fastening.

　　拉拔試驗要求：

　　Requirements for pull-out test:

　　① 拉拔試驗儀器可顯示試驗拉力數據的電子測量儀，如條件不具 備，可選用能直觀看出重量的重物作為測試塊，試驗承重支架離開 地面高度不超過200mm；

　　① The preferred pull-out test instrument is an electronic measuring instrument that can display test tensile data. If the conditions are not met, a heavy object that can visually show the weight can be selected as the test block, and the height of the test load-bearing bracket from the ground should not exceed 200mm;

　　②試驗荷載應考慮施工人員在吊載物體上面作業的動荷載以及系統運 行中的震動疲勞載荷，以計算實際承載重量的2倍為基準，但不得 超過其極限抗拉力；

　　② The test load should consider the dynamic load of construction personnel working on suspended objects and the vibration fatigue load during system operation, based on twice the actual bearing weight, but not exceeding its ultimate tensile strength;

　　③試驗前檢查螺母安裝是否緊固，用記號筆做好標記；

　　③ Before the experiment, check if the nut is securely installed and mark it with a marker pen;

　　④試驗時對電子測試儀的讀數進行拍照，作為依據；

　　④ Take photos of the readings of the electronic tester during the experiment as a basis;

　　⑤試驗后檢查緊固螺母位置是否有松動和旋轉，膨脹螺栓是否有拉出 現象；

　　⑤ After the experiment, check whether the fastening nut position is loose and rotating, and whether the expansion bolt is pulled out;

　　⑥禁止采用吊籃上站人方法進行試驗;

　　⑥ It is prohibited to use the method of standing on a suspended basket for testing;

　　⑦試驗完成后填寫部門提供的《膨脹螺栓拉拔試驗報告》，并由相關 人員簽字確認。
