鋁合金電纜橋架的表面陽極氧化處理，小平均膜厚應該為10um，小局部膜厚應該為8um。鋁合金電纜橋架表面噴涂化工防腐粉末的厚度應該大于等于80um。鋁合金電纜橋架柔韌性參照《漆膜柔韌性測定法》GB/T1731標準，鋁合金電纜橋架沖擊強度按照《漆膜耐沖擊測定法》GB/T1732標準。

2017標準中，電纜橋架寬度為300mm、350mm、400mm、450mm時，橋架的彎曲半徑應該為150mm。2000標準中托盤式橋架結構特征的名稱為有孔托盤，代號為P。2000橋架標準中梯式橋架結構特征的名稱為梯架，代號為T。

電纜橋架提料名稱規則通常是：材質+型式+規格，如：防火槽式水平彎通200*100、噴塑槽式水平三通100*50、不銹鋼梯式水平四通300*100等。電纜橋架編寫立柱提料清單時應填寫：名稱+型號+立柱長度+分類。如“熱浸鋅槽鋼立柱，規格JY-H103-1000 (I型）”，“熱浸鋅角鋼立柱，規格JY-H104-800 (II型）”。

6、橋架載荷

電纜橋架水平安裝時要注意避讓周圍的建筑物，要避免受到周圍氣體液體腐蝕以及固體的物理傷害，也要保證載荷足夠避免出現相關事故，在橋架標準中也有這方面的要求和規范。對于跨距大于標準長度或考慮戶外風雪作用的高負載的電纜橋架，需要采用增強型側板或者增強橋架的高度，或者采用瓦楞型電纜橋架，來保證其載荷。
