電纜橋架的 “體檢指南”:三招揪出偷工減料的 “破綻”

  在電氣工程的隱蔽工程中,電纜橋架如同電力的 “血管支架”,其質(zhì)量直接影響電纜壽命與系統(tǒng)。但少數(shù)不良廠商會在材料厚度、加工工藝、配件質(zhì)量上 “動手腳”,導致橋架承重不足、防腐失效甚引發(fā)短路風險。掌握一套細致的檢查方法,就能像給橋架做 “全身體檢”,讓偷工減料的貓膩無處遁形。

  用肉眼觀察橋架的 “外在品相”。合格橋架表面應平整光滑,熱鍍鋅層均勻無漏鍍(鋅層厚度≥65μm),噴涂橋架的涂層厚度≥60μm,用指甲輕劃無脫落;若發(fā)現(xiàn)局部泛白、銹點或涂層厚薄不均,可能是表面處理工序縮水。其次查看焊接或拼接處:焊點應連續(xù)飽滿(焊縫高度≥3mm),無虛焊、漏焊(用手電筒側照可發(fā)現(xiàn)縫隙),螺栓連接孔邊緣無毛刺(毛刺會劃傷電纜絕緣層),且孔徑與螺栓規(guī)格匹配(如 M6 螺栓對應孔徑 6.5-7mm,過大可能偷工導致連接松動)。正規(guī)橋架的出廠標識應清晰標注執(zhí)行標準(如 /T 10216)、材質(zhì)型號(如 Q235B)、板材厚度等信息,若標識模糊或缺失關鍵參數(shù),需提高警惕。

  三、材料 “問診”:識破 “以次充好” 的把戲
