電壓等級

一般情況下，不同電壓等級的電線電纜不宜敷設(shè)在同一橋架內(nèi)。例如，1kV 及以下的電力電纜和 1kV 以上的電力電纜應(yīng)分開敷設(shè)，以防止高電壓對低電壓線路產(chǎn)生干擾，同時也便于維護(hù)和管理。

Generally, wires and cables of different voltage levels should not be laid in the same cable tray. For example, power cables of 1kV and below and power cables of 1kV and above should be laid separately to prevent interference from high voltage to low voltage lines, and to facilitate maintenance and management.

但對于電壓等級較低且相互之間干擾影響較小的電線電纜，如同一配電箱內(nèi)的控制電線和電力電纜，在采取適當(dāng)?shù)母綦x措施后，可以敷設(shè)在同一橋架內(nèi)。

But for wires and cables with lower voltage levels and less interference between each other, such as control wires and power cables in the same distribution box, after taking appropriate isolation measures, they can be laid in the same cable tray.

非屏蔽的電力電纜與控制電纜、信號電纜等分開敷設(shè)，因?yàn)殡娏﹄娎|在運(yùn)行時會產(chǎn)生電磁干擾，可能影響控制電纜和信號電纜的正常工作。如果必須敷設(shè)在同一橋架內(nèi)，應(yīng)采用金屬隔板將它們隔開，以減少電磁干擾。

It is best to lay unshielded power cables separately from control cables, signal cables, etc., as power cables can generate electromagnetic interference during operation, which may affect the normal operation of control cables and signal cables. If they must be laid in the same cable tray, metal partitions should be used to separate them to reduce electromagnetic interference.

對于有特殊要求的電纜，如消防電纜，為了保證在火災(zāi)等緊急情況下的可靠性和獨(dú)立性，通常要求單獨(dú)敷設(shè)，不應(yīng)與其他普通電線電纜共用橋架。如果確實(shí)需要共用橋架，消防電纜應(yīng)采用防火橋架或在橋架內(nèi)采取防火分隔措施。

For cables with special requirements, such as fire cables, in order to ensure reliability and independence in emergency situations such as fires, they are usually required to be laid separately and should not share cable trays with other ordinary wires and cables. If it is necessary to share a cable tray, fire-resistant cable trays should be used or fire-resistant separation measures should be taken inside the cable tray for firefighting cables.

橋架空間和敷設(shè)要求

橋架內(nèi)的電線電纜敷設(shè)應(yīng)排列整齊，避免交叉和混亂。電纜之間應(yīng)保持一定的間距，以便于散熱和維護(hù)。一般要求電纜的總截面積（包括外護(hù)層）不應(yīng)超過橋架橫斷面面積的 40%，控制電纜的總截面積不應(yīng)超過橋架橫斷面面積的 50%。

The wires and cables inside the bridge should be arranged neatly to avoid crossing and confusion. A certain distance should be maintained between cables to facilitate heat dissipation and maintenance. Generally, it is required that the total cross-sectional area of the cable (including the outer protective layer) should not exceed 40% of the cross-sectional area of the cable tray, and the total cross-sectional area of the control cable should not exceed 50% of the cross-sectional area of the cable tray.

同時，電線電纜在橋架內(nèi)敷設(shè)時應(yīng)固定牢固，防止因振動、擺動等原因?qū)е码娎|損壞或脫落。在橋架的轉(zhuǎn)彎處、分支處等位置，電纜應(yīng)進(jìn)行合理的彎曲和固定，彎曲半徑應(yīng)符合電纜的技術(shù)要求。

At the same time, when laying wires and cables in cable trays, they should be firmly fixed to prevent cable damage or detachment due to vibration, swinging, and other reasons. At the turning and branching points of the cable tray, the cable should be bent and fixed reasonably, and the bending radius should meet the technical requirements of the cable.
